Beyond Voice™ is currently in its foundation stage. These terms will be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch and updated as new features are introduced.

Description of Service
Beyond Voice™ is an AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) platform designed to support communication for autistic children and other individuals with communication differences.
Free Core Features
Core communication features on Beyond Voice will always remain free to use. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, which will always be clearly identified as such.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts intended for children should be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Beyond Voice only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and branding associated with Beyond Voice™, including the Beyond Voice™ name and logo, are the property of Beyond Voice and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers
Beyond Voice is provided "as is" while we build out its features. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free during this foundation stage.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Voice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as Beyond Voice evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
